Star Martinez, pen name S.P. Marz, is a transformational wellness educator and herbalist dedicated to helping individuals move beyond survival mode into intentional, empowered living.
After years of quiet healing, S.P. Marz realized that the wellness industry often sells information, but what we actually need is infrastructure—rhythm, community, and a held container to breathe. This realization birthed her ecosystem: VitilaTea, Vibe n’ Thrive, and her literary works.
